This is simply a Ham and Macaroni Soup adapted to a salad using similar ingredients.
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 slices Polish ham, cut into small pieces
- 2 tblsp salad cream
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Cook elbow macaroni with chicken cube added to the water according to instructions.
- Add peas and carrots to the cooking macaroni. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse in cold water. Put in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in salad cream, ham, and black pepper.
