The first meal I made in years was steamed mussels when I moved to my temporary accommodation 5 months ago. I made my last proper meal a month ago (fried rice or hotpot doesn’t count). In full circle, today I made steamed mussels at my renovated apartment (yes, 3 weeks after I moved back, but I had a dinner guest!)
- mussels (steamed in fish broth)
- bok choy (in fish sauce and Thai ginger hot sauce)
- cooked jasmine rice
